Matcha is green tea ground into powder – unlike an infusion, the entire leaf is consumed, which explains its color, umami, and caffeine content. We offer matcha in three forms: as pure powder, as an instant mix, and ready-to-drink in a bottle.

For classic preparation, the Japanese matcha powder is suitable – 1 kg is enough for several hundred cups and is the choice for cafés and frequent users. If you prefer it without a bamboo whisk, opt for Gold Kili Instant Matcha Latte: one sachet, hot water, done.

Ready-to-drink and unsweetened is Oi Ocha Matcha from ITO EN, Japan's best-selling green tea brand. A milder alternative from Thailand is Oishi Kabusecha. All varieties can also be found in our iced tea range.
